The medium of transaction: For products that require users to hop off to the Providers' sites, BankVallet will act as a referrer site only, hence the transaction happens on Providers' sites is not in BankVallet's control. For products that require payment on BankVallet, users can pay using credit or debit cards. BankVallet can extend to use other payment methods as it deemed necessary.
Any relationship or contract between BankVallet and its users in India is governed by the prevailing Indian law.

BankVallet is paid a fee by Lenders for the goods, facilities and services provided. Regardless of which lender you obtain your loan from, you will be responsible for paying for any settlement or closing costs associated with your loan (such as loan processing, underwriting, or funding fees, title insurance premiums, notary fees, etc.).
BankVallet does not charge you a fee for its service in matching you with Lenders unless otherwise stated.

BankVallet will inform the Providers so that the Providers can fulfil the purchase, for example, Providers generate a travel insurance policy and send it to users’ email address. BankVallet reserves the right to have this payment step hosted either on BankVallet or Providers’ site and can change without prior notice.
