We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales / Tele-call Representative to contribute in generating and increasing loan product sales for our company. You will be responsible for generating fresh leads, fixing appointments and closing loan deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business
- Generate potential customer data from internet and various social media sites.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about particular loan product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, fix appointments and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information, follow up status and appointment status in the database.
- Fix and follow appointments, customer meetings in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet target quota and facilitate future business.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- Proven 6-12 months experience as tele-call / tele-sales representative in any products or other sales/customer service role.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Under Graduate / Graduate in B.com/BBA will be a plus.
Working Hours & Days - 9.30am to 6.30pm (Sunday Off)
