Job Description

We are looking for a smart and energetic person to handle all customer related queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer queries through phone calls
  • Addressing online en-queries over the website through the chat window
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements, fix appointments and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information, follow up status and appointment status in the database.
  • Fix and follow appointments, customer meetings in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet target quota and facilitate future business.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
  • Gender - Female
  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Good command over English & Tamizh Language
  • Should be computer proficient.
  • Qualification – Any Under Graduate / Graduate
  • Experience - 0-1 year

Working Hours & Days - 9.30am to 6.30pm (Sunday Off)
